Garden State Parkway North to exit 135 (Clark/Westfield exit). go straight on Central Avenue. Stay to your left on Central Avenue. At the first traffic light, turn left onto Raritan Road. Take Raritan Road about 1/4 mile and turn right onto Westfield Avenue. Follow Westfield Avenue about two blocks, until you come to the Clark Nursing Home. Make a right and continue on Westfield Avenue (which changes names to Rahway Avenue.) In about 1/8 mile, after you've crossed the railroad tracks, you will be able to see the church. Make a left onto Lamberts Mill Road
